Participant Set Up
Instruct the participant to begin behind the line.
Instruct the participant on the starting position, normally split stance standing (2-point standing staggered), but can be 2-point parallel, 3-point stance, 4-point stance, 4-point with blocks or without etc.
If 2-point stance ensure the toe of their front foot is against but not overlapping the line.
If 3-point stance ensure the hand is positioned behind the line.
Prior to movement initiation, ensure there is no countermovement, step back, falling or rolling start.
